MAU/Tuhoe/Waitakere Community - Outdoor Performance

During every year Lemi Ponifasio and MAU engage with different communities, making workshops and hosting different events in order to exchange ideas on culture and arts and social issues. MAU then invites these communities as residents of the MAUForum to take part in an ongoing performance with MAU entitled TUTAU: Standing in Time.

TUTAU: Standing in Time draws on MAU stage works, creating a platform to which the community contribute their voice. This year Lemi Ponifasio has invited over 40 youth from Ruatoki (Tuhoe) and Waitakere communities.
